Carly
Carly was born in NY, but has lived all over the US from coast to coast. She started yoga over a decade ago, originally “just to stretch” but quickly became hooked on the strength and flexibility that came along with it. As a homeschooling mom to boys, carving out that quiet time in the morning before the kids wake up has helped her to have more grace and patience as she goes about her day.
One thing she wants people to know is that if you’ve tried yoga before and didn’t like it, then keep trying! There are so many different styles of yoga. Carly’s classes tend to bring the heat, helping you to gain strength and confidence as you flow, then slow things down to build that flexibility.
Her certifications include receiving her 200hr RYT at Tamal Yoga and her 50hr Yoga Anatomy through Yoga Renew.
