Welcome to our Beginner 101 Yoga series!

New to yoga—or returning after time away?

This 8-week registered beginner series is designed to help you start your practice with confidence, clarity, and support with no experience required!

You’ll learn the foundations of yoga through simple, accessible movement, guided breathwork, and practical mindfulness tools—all in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Each week builds gently on the last, so you can develop strength, flexibility, and ease at your own pace.

This series also introduces you to our teaching team and their unique styles, helping you feel comfortable stepping into other classes after the series ends.
