Perfect for new students who want time to get comfortable, ask questions, and see what feels right.

Walking into a yoga studio for the first time can feel intimidating. New spaces and unfamiliar movements can create hesitation before you even step inside. We focus on creating an environment where you can feel good in your body, move with purpose, and show up as you are.

The Purpose of the Intro Pass

This Intro Pass gives you the time and space to explore without pressure. You’ll be able to try different teachers, experience a range of class styles, and notice what feels supportive and sustainable for your body. More than just classes, it’s a chance to settle in, ask questions, and begin feeling at home in the studio and the community.

Your Questions, Answered *

  • Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga or Pilates — flexibility is something you build over time.

Both practices are about meeting your body where it is. Classes offer options, modifications, and support, such as blocks, so you can move safely and comfortably, whether you’re stiff, bendy, or somewhere in between. Strength, balance, body awareness, and breath are just as important as flexibility.

If you can breathe and move, you belong in class. Flexibility is a side effect — not a requirement.

  • No experience is needed.

Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and teachers offer clear guidance, options, and modifications throughout class. You’re never expected to know the poses or movements — that’s what class is for.

Whether it’s your first time ever or your first time in a while, you’re welcome here.

  • Wear something comfortable that you can move and breathe in.

Most people choose leggings, bike shorts, or sweatpants with a fitted or semi-fitted top that stays in place when you bend or stretch. You don’t need anything fancy or “yoga-specific” — if it feels good and doesn’t restrict your movement, it works.

Classes are typically practiced barefoot, and layers are always a good idea so you can adjust as your body warms up or cools down.

  • Absolutely not. Yoga and Pilates are for everyBODY.

There is no “right” body type to practice. Classes are designed to be adaptable, with options to support different shapes, sizes, strengths, ages, and abilities. The goal isn’t to look a certain way — it’s to move better, feel stronger, and feel more at home in your body.

Your body is already enough. The practice meets you where you are.

  • Yes — the classes are practiced barefoot. We have cubbies for you to leave your shoes and belongings securely before stepping into the practice space.

Being barefoot helps with balance, stability, and connecting to the mat. It allows your feet to move naturally and gives you better traction during class. If you prefer, you’re welcome to wear grip socks, especially for Pilates or if that feels more comfortable for you.

The goal is safety and ease — choose what helps you feel steady and supported.

  • Just yourself — and a few simple essentials.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, water to stay hydrated, and anything that helps you feel comfortable, like a small towel or layers. If you don’t have a mat yet, we offer mats for rent. We also have props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, & straps) available for anyone’s use to support your practice.

  • Yes — we do have mats for sale!

We carry Manduka mats, which are responsibly sourced and made with a focus on minimal environmental impact. These high-quality mats are great whether you’re just starting out or practicing regularly.

In addition to mats, we offer locally made items, plants, and branded yoga gear — all available at our studio.

If you’re interested in a specific product or need help choosing the right mat, just ask!

  • Yes you can. However, if you cancel within 1 hour of class time (or no-show), we will withhold your purchase fee and donate it to a non-profit organization. If you have a 5 or 10-class pass, 1 class will be deducted. For the Unlimited Class Pass, you will be charged an additional fee of $5/class for each class missed that month.
